This MB77 system in a 2 part twin track system is available in up to 6.5m in width and 2.6m in height.
Profile:
Aluminium multi-chamber profile with thermal separation. Installation depth of the frame 174 mm and the sash 77 mm.
Glazing:
Maximum glazing thickness up to 55 mm. with double triple or even quad available Optional use of special glasses including laminated safety glass or ESG as well as solar protection glass Thermafloat (for max energy efficiency or sound reducing glass available upon request.

Our glazing options to choose from are as follows-
Standard is 4mm clear toughened low e / thermofloat glass, swiss spacer and argon filled.
You can add,6mm triple glazed toughened -6mm sunguard-acoustic 8.5 laminate triple, or security laminate and toughened mix as options. please contact us for options.
Fittings:
Lift & slide hardware system with a sash weight of up to 400 kg. Safety locking bolt features and locking device for the night vent.

The optimal solution for large openings is our MB-77 lift and slide door aluminium patio door sliding system, The MB 77 profile is suitable for large structures with a width of up to 6.5 m in a twin set of doors and up to 13m in a four door configuration and remains very stable and comparatively light. Depending on the configuration, two to three running track within the frame ensure easy use of the elements and maximum functionality even with a doors leaf weighing up to 400 kg.
We can offer a wide range of sealed unit options double and triple glazed as standard options the HS door achieves superb heat and sound insulation parameters. In addition, the insulating EPDM seals ensure 0% air and water tightness.
We can offer over 200 RAL colours and wood grain finishes and even textured options are available to meet all design requirement. The space-saving opening mechanism of the MB-77HS door also enables completely free interior design, as no opening radius of the patio door must be considered. Convenient operation is provided by suitable fittings with manual or automatic locking available. all doors are PAS 24 compliant for maximum security as standard.
